SIM List View

Here you can search and apply filters on these SIMs. You have the option to either take action on multiple SIMs collectively or choose a specific SIM to view its details.

When browsing SIMs, the SIM list view is the main interface.

Folders are the primary way for you to group SIMs on the system. You can create a hierarchy of folders and place SIMs in these folders similar to how you would organise files on your computer.

Folders on Connect can contain both SIMs and devices, and even though you are in the SIM list view, you can quickly switch between the SIM and device lists using the tabs at the top of the page. There is also a tab available to list all the things in a folder. You can switch between a list and dashboard rendering of your SIMs.

  1. Multi-Select Checkbox. Select all the SIMs in the list. If the list spans multiple pages, you can choose the option to select all SIMs matching your filter across all pages.
  2. Search Input. Search for SIMs by MSISDN or ICCID number. You can also use the SIMs name. You can search for multiple SIMs using a “|” between each search term (MSISDN, ICCID, or name).
  3. Breadcrumbs. These breadcrumbs show you where in the folder tree you currently are and gives you quick links to the preceding or following folders in the tree.
  4. Predefined filters. You can filter SIM lists to only display items that satisfy particular criteria. The standard filters are:
    1. Online Status
    2. State
    3. Network
    4. Data Budget
    5. Links
    6. Top-Ups
  5. Device List tab. This tab lists all the devices in the current folder.
  6. SIM List tab. This tab lists all the SIMs in the current folder.
  7. All Things tab. This tab lists both the SIMs and the SIMs in the current folder.
  8. Display Mode Button - List. Display the folder contents as a list.
  9. Display Mode Button - Dashboard. Display the folder contents in a dashboard view.
  10. Report Select Menu. Numerous reports are available for the SIMs in the folder or the company as a whole. This button gives you access to those report selections.
  11. New Folder button. Create a new folder in your folder tree.
  12. Folder Tree Panel. Folders organise SIMs into a hierarchical structure, and this panel allows you to traverse and navigate the folder structure. When selecting a folder with subfolders, the list will display all the SIMs across the entire subfolder tree.
  13. Company Level Display. You can list all the SIMs in a company by selecting the company level in the hierarchy.
  14. Expand or Collapse the Tree Structure. Trees with multiple sub-folders can become unwieldy. With this toggle, you can collapse the tree view to show the first-level folders or expand the entire tree.
