A scheduled report is a file provided that contains requested data from a device.
Reports are used to gather and summarize data collected by the devices. Scheduled reports create a consistent reporting of the data that is being collected, that is sent straight to the user or company member that needs the data.
- Report List. A list of reports created.
- Scheduled By. The user that created the scheduled report.
- Receiver. The email address the report is sent to.
- Frequency. How often the report is sent.
- Report Type. What type of data is reported.
- Last Reported Date.
- Next Report Due Date.
- Add a Schedule Report Button. Select this to add a new scheduled report to the system.
