Member Details View

View a specific member's roles, as well as edit or delete them.

A user can access the specific details of a member by selecting them. Once there, the user will be presented with a view similar to this.

The roles of each member greatly impacts what the user is able to see, access, and edit.

Roles: Roles depict the access level of a user. These access levels can determine what SIMs, devices, and folders that a person is able to view. This can extend to capabilities such as being able to edit SIMs and devices, as well as editing other people’s roles.

  1. Member Details. The username, email address, phone number, the date the member was added to the system, and the last time the user accessed the platform.
  2. Roles. The names and descriptions of all of the roles of this member within the company.
  3. Delete Role Button. Remove this role as one of this member’s roles.

Note: this can only happen if you have the same role or another role that includes this one.

  1. Edit Button. Edit this member’s access to folders, and to their sub-folders.
  2. Add a Role Button. Give this selected member another role.
  3. Change History. Who any changes that have been made to a member, as well as who made them and when the changes were made.
  4. Delete Button. Deleting this member will remove them from the company, and if they are not on any other companies, they will be removed from the system.

Sometimes the Roles will be a long list. Therefore to see the buttons at the button of the page you will need to scroll to the very button.
